1. Privacy Statement
	( I ) Scope of application:
	1. Personal registration information provided as required when the user registers a VitaLink account;
	2. When users use VitaLink , the step counting, sleep and other data transmitted by the device will be stored .

	(II) Use of Information:
	1. VitaLink will not sell or lend users' personal information to anyone unless the user's permission is obtained in advance;
	2. VitaLink also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate users' personal information by any means. If any user engages in the above activities, once discovered, VitaLink has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user and seal up his account;
	3. To achieve the purpose of serving users, VitaLink may use users' personal information to provide services to users, including but not limited to sending product and service information to users, or sharing information with VitaLink partners so that they can send information about their products and services to users.

	(III) Information Disclosure: Your personal information will be disclosed in part or in full under the following circumstances:
	1. Disclose to a third party with the user's consent;
	2. Disclosure to a third party or administrative or judicial institution in accordance with relevant legal provisions or the requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
	3. If a user violates relevant national laws or website policies, it needs to be disclosed to a third party;

VitaLink will store information such as step counting and sleep data transmitted by the device, as well as user registration information, ID, etc. Users can delete the stored registration information, ID, other data, etc. through My->Account and Security->Deregister Account. Re-registration is required for re-use, and the previously stored data will be lost.

	(IV) Instructions for use of device permissions:
	1. Read and write external storage: read and write files when performing OTA on the device, and read images when providing feedback on issues;
	2. Obtain email or mobile phone number: used to register an account, ensure user uniqueness, and send email or SMS reminders;
	3. Camera permissions, to take photos and extract pictures when reporting problems;
	4. Turn on Bluetooth, search, connect permissions, and connect to Bluetooth devices;
	5. Location information permission, used for searching Bluetooth, will not obtain the user's detailed location information;
	6. Nearby device permissions, used to search Bluetooth, will not obtain other user information;
	7. Vibration permission: the phone will vibrate to remind you when there is an early warning;

	(V) Instructions for using third-party SDK:
	1. WeChat SDK (com.tencent.mm): used for the Chinese version of WeChat login;
	2. Google SDK: used for overseas version login;
	3. FacebookSDK: used for overseas version login;

	This application and its related third-party functions are provided by AI . We do not guarantee the complete reliability of the medical information provided to users, and it should not be used to diagnose or treat any disease. If the user clears the cache through the mobile phone, the data will not be able to be restored, and we will not bear any legal responsibility.

3. Others
	(I) VitaLink solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this Agreement that exempt VitaLink from liability and restrict user rights. Users are requested to read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement in the presence of their legal guardians.
	(II) Validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement. If any dispute or controversy arises between the User and VitaLink , they shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the User agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the place where VitaLink resides.
	(III) Regardless of the reason why any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
	(IV) The final right of interpretation of this Agreement belongs to Malaysia GLOBAL KNOT Company , and all rights of interpretation and modification are reserved.
	(VI) This Agreement shall be applicable from August 1 , 2025 .
